Zefan Yang

Zefan Yang is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at RPI. He joined DIAL in August 2023. His research interest focuses on deep learning for medical image computing and image-guided interventions. 

Before that, he obtained a B.Eng. degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2020 and a M.Eng. degree in Electronics and Information in 2023 at Shenzhen University. During his master’s studies, he did research on abdominal multi-organ segmentation in computed tomography. His master’s thesis was titled Deep Learning for Abdominal Multi-organ Segmentation.
