Hanqing Chao, Ph.D.

I am Hanqing Chao. I received my PhD at Rensselaer in the Deep Imaging Analytics Lab advised by Prof. Pingkun Yan. My research interests are in the areas of Medical Imaging Analytics and Deep Learning. I am now working on Cardiovascular Disease diagnosis based on 2-D and 3-D medical images.

Previously, I obtained my B.Sc. in Computer Science from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and obtained my M.Eng. in Computer technology from Fudan University where I am advised by Prof. Junping Zhang and focused on the areas of Computer Vision and Gait Recognition.
