My name is Diego Machado Reyes, I am a PhD student at the biomedical engineering department in Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. I obtained my B.S. in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Mississippi (2020) with my research being focused on the classification of Parkinson’s patients by using computer vision. I am passionate about developing computer-based tools to assist physicians to obtain accurate diagnosis and offer better treatments, that in turn, can save lives or improve living conditions.
