Luoyao Kang

I am Luoyao Kang, a Ph.D. student in the Deep Imaging Analytics Lab (DIAL) at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, under the guidance of Prof. Pingkun Yan. My research focuses on medical image analysis and deep learning, with my current work centered on developing foundation models for medical images.
I hold a B.Sc. in Data Science from the Taiyuan University of Technology and an M.Phil. in Computer and Information Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.
